2025 Soccer

The 2025 Delran AA Soccer program offers a five divisions, all co-ed:

Instructional (ages 4-5)
U8 (ages 6-7)
U10 (ages 8-9)
U12 (ages 10-11)
U14 (ages 12-14).

All levels/divisions of soccer are intramural-based and are not travel soccer. Player eligibility depends on a child's birth date as of August 1st.

Our Instructional division will introduce the basics of soccer to children through a combination of drills and games agains other DAA instructional teams. Parents for players in the Instructional division will be contacted in late August, with the season starting the weekend after Labor Day. Instructional Soccer sessions will only be held on Saturday mornings at the same location each week.

Teams for all other divisions will be chosen sometime in August then parents will be notified by the coach of the team their child is placed on. All divisions, except instructional, will begin practices in August. Practice nights and times will vary for each team and will depend on the amount of teams, field availability, and coach availability. Games will be held on Saturdays and the times will vary.

2025 Football

Eligibility for the 2025 Football season will be based on the child's age on 10/01/25.

Football will be broken down into five (5) divisions, with weight requirements for each division:

Freshmen (Ages 5-6) - 75lbs
Sophomores (Ages 7-8) - 95lbs
Juniors (Ages 9-10) - 110lbs
Seniors (Ages 11-12) - 125lbs
Unlimiteds (Ages 13-14) - Unlimited

A child over the weight limit can play, but must play a lineman position. Official weigh-ins will be scheduled for sometime in early-to-mid September.

Practices will start in early August. There will be practices four nights per week until school starts, then it will shift to practice three nights per week. Practices are held at Summerhill Sports Complex.

In order to receive equipment & uniforms in a timely manner, we will look to hold a live fitting session in late July or August - The Football Commissioner will send an email with details at a later date.

The last day for registration will be August 1, 2025.

Please note:

There will be no walk up registrations accepted at practices or on the field - All registrations must be completed online. No child may participate until they are fully registered, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Similar to prior seasons, a $100 equipment deposit will be added to your registration which will be refunded to you in full once your equipment is returned following the season. Please note that this is now one deposit per family, changed from one deposit per player.

2025 Cheerleading

The 2025 Delran AA Cheerleading program is designed to build skills around teamwork and discipline while instilling confidence. There are two cheerleading programs offered, Sideline Cheer and Competition Cheer.

Sideline Cheer:

• Practices twice per week with the days varying determined by the coach.

• Season begins in August.

• Attends Delran AA Bears Football games to cheer on the sideline on either Saturday’s or Sunday’s. There may also be a Friday night game too.

• Eligible participants must be five years old as of 7/31/2019.

Competition Cheer:

• Practices are three nights per week with the days determined by the coach, with an additional Saturday practice prior to competition.

• The season/practices begins in August. Beginning in September, practices are mandatory as we prepare for competition.

• Will compete in competitions in October, November, and possibly December.

• Eligible participants must have a date of birth between 07/31/17-08/01/06

• Additional costs post-registration include competition tickets, camp fee, sneakers, bow and travel (to Charlotte, NC) in the event your athlete's team advances to the Pop Warner National Cheer & Dance Competition.

2025-2026 Travel Softball

Tryouts for the 2025-2026 Delran Softball travel teams are open!

Delran Travel Softball is a year round program. Teams will participate in league play in both Fall and Spring, with winter workouts in between. Teams will participate in multiple tournaments, including home hosted tournaments throughout the year. Practices take place 3 days a week and games and tournaments could be at any time. Delran Travel Softball is for the more competitive softball player who is prepared to make a commitment to the team. We support multi-sport athletes, however softball takes priority in Spring. All talent levels are welcome to try out. Fees are split bi-annually and will be communicated before acceptance. Our travel softball program is competitive and players are required to try out to make the team. Depending on the number of players registered, players can be cut - not every child may make the team.

Registration is required in order to tryout. If you do not have an existing delranaa.org account, you will need to setup an account in order to register your daughter for tryouts.

Additional Important Information:

Pitcher and Catcher tryouts will be offered at 10U+ divisions.
Tryout make-up dates will be announced if necessary.
It is encouraged that a player attends both evaluations, but not required.
Tryouts are closed to parents. Please check your daughter in at the registration desk, then continue anywhere outside the cones during the tryout. Parents will not be permitted in or around the dugout during tryouts.
