Q: What sports programs are offered through Delran AA?

A: In Spring, Delran AA offers travel baseball, rec baseball, travel softball (tryouts in previous summer), rec softball, flag football, and Scoopers, our instructional lacrosse program. In the fall, we offer football, soccer, cheerleading (sideline and competition), and field hockey. In winter, we offer travel basketball, rec basketball, and deck hockey.

Q: I registered my child for a sport; now what?

A: Once the registration period ends, the commissioner works to identify volunteer coaches, pick teams, and set the schedules - This process typically can take 1-2 weeks after registration has closed to complete. Once teams are picked, your child’s coach will contact you with team and schedule details. Please consider coaching, as we are always in need of good people to help with our programs!

Q: When registering my child, there was not a chance for me to submit a teammate or coach request. How can I make this request?

A: Please email [email protected] with any teammate or coach requests. Please note that your request is not guaranteed to be met.

Q. Does Delran AA offer payment plans?

A: Delran AA does not offer payment plans at this time.

Q. Do we offer a sibling discount for registering multiple children for the same sport?

A: Yes. Our sibling discount kicks in on the third child registered in the family. Please note that all three children must register in the same session for our registration system to pick up the discount.

Q: If my child is no longer able to attend or interested in attending sessions/games for a sport after I registered, will I receive a refund?

A: Per the Delran AA by-laws, refund requests made after registration close but prior to first practice are eligible for a 50% registration cost refund, less the $15 processing fee. 

Q: I volunteered my time (coaching, snack bar, score keeper, etc.); how can I receive my volunteer credit?

A: Please complete a Volunteer Credit Request Form, which is just a few questions and can be completed from a mobile device. This form can also be found on the delranaa.org website on the Home page under the Documents widget.

Q: I witnessed an incident at a Delran AA program/event. How can I report it?

A: If you would like to report an incident that you witnessed at a Delran AA program/event, please complete an Incident Form.
