THE 8U Delran Diamonds are Southern New Jersey State Champions!!!

The Diamonds 8U Softball team kept their perfect season alive last night by battling all game in a highly contested State Championship and beating

an excellent Upper Freehold team 20-19.   Trailing 16-19 heading into the

bottom of the 6th inning, the girls made their 4th comeback on the night and scored 4 runs to win the game.

The Diamonds are now 32-0 on the season!  Way to go girls!  Keep fighting and having fun!

Thank you to all the Delran fans who traveled to the State Tournament in Vineland last night and all weekend.

Next up is the Mid-Atlantic Regionals which will be played in Central Perkiomen, Pennsylvania and starts this Friday.  Come out and support the Diamonds as they compete against other State Champions and Qualifiers from all over the Mid-Atlantic Region.
